 Arts Therapist

I’m Alicia Huddy an Arts Therapist and Professional Artist based in Bendigo, Victoria.

I like to work with children, adolescents, and adults and I’m deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their emotions, express themselves, and grow.

With over a decade of experience in the arts, disability and education sector, I’ve seen first-hand the profound impact creative expression can have on emotional well-being. Art therapy, in particular, allows individuals to connect with their inner strength, develop a stronger sense of self, and find new perspectives through the creative process.

My work is centred on empathy and compassion, and I feel privileged to walk alongside those I work with on their journey of self-discovery and healing. Whether in therapy, the classroom, or running workshops, I aim to support individuals in building resilience, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.

I’m passionate about using my skills with others of diverse backgrounds, abilities and experiences in the community of Bendigo and surrounds in this way.
